If you haven’t already, please install the “M&D Connect” app on your mobile device.

Once installed, pair your MW09 earphones to your phone and then open the “M&D Connect” app. The MW09’s must be connected in the Bluetooth® settings menu in order for the app to connect to the MW09.
The app will inform you if an update is available. Firmware updates require the earphones to be charged to 60% or higher.
