Factory Reset Hardware Reset
To factory reset your MG20 Wireless Gaming Headphones:
  1. Power OFF your headphones.
  2. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to enter pairing mode.
  3. Simultaneously hold down the multi-function button (the button between Vol+ and Vol-) until the LED lights flash red and white. This indicates the headphones have been reset.
