  • What is Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and what are the different types?

Active Noise Cancellation is an active, electronic method of reducing unwanted ambient sound that adds processed sound to your audio to reduce the perception of ambient noise.

Your MW65 headphones feature two Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) modes for clear, expansive sound in any environment.

HIGH ANC is recommended for Airplanes, City Streets, and other noisy environments

LOW ANC is recommended for lower noise environments, such as walking outside on a windy day

  • What is multipoint and how do I use it?

The MW65 Headphones are multipoint compatible, meaning they can connect to more than one device at a time.

To enable multipoint, first enter pairing mode and connect to the first device. Once the first device is connected, enter pairing mode again - the first device will disconnect. Now connect to the second device and power OFF your headphones. Turn the headphones back ON and they will automatically connect to both the first and second devices simultaneously.

To switch between devices when connected with multipoint, simply pause playback on the first device and resume audio from the second - the headphones will swap to the device actively playing audio.

  • What is Passive (Wired) audio, and how does it work?

Passive audio mode allows you to listen to music without the headphones being powered on.

To enable passive audio, plug the 3.5mm audio cable into the headphones audio input.

While in passive audio mode, the headphones will play audio even if the battery is depleted.

Note that the microphone and buttons are disabled during passive mode.

  • Does MW65 work with my device's voice assistant?

Your MW65 headphones are optimized for Google Assistant out of the box.

On and Android device, you'll receive a notification to begin the setup process after you connect your MW65 to your Android device via Bluetooth.

On an iOS device, make sure your MW65 is connected via Bluetooth. Then download the Google Assistant app, open it, and follow the on-screen instructions.

For other devices you can enable hands free mode by holding ANC + Play/Pause simultaneously for at least five seconds, this will allow you to use your device's native voice assistant.

Once you are connected to your device's voice assistant, you can activate it by pressing and holding the Play/Pause button.
