  • What are your Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Dates?

    US & Canada Shipping Cut Off Times

    Standard Orders

    To guarantee delivery before December 25, place your order by 1:00pm ET on the below dates:

    US & Canada Complimentary Ground Shipping: December 13

    US 2-Day Shipping: December 17

    US Overnight Shipping: December 20

    Canada Express Shipping: December 15

    Engraved Orders (US Only)

    To guarantee delivery before December 25, place your order by 1:00pm ET on the below dates:

    Complimentary Ground Shipping: December 4

    2-Day Shipping: December 6

    EU & UK Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Times

    To guarantee delivery in the EU before December 25, place your order by 1:00pm ET on December 13. To guarantee delivery in the UK before December 25, place your order by 1:00pm ET on December 16.

  • What is your shipping policy?

    Master & Dynamic offers complimentary shipping via FedEx Ground in the US on all orders of $99 or more, and complimentary ground shipping in Canada on orders of $250 or more. Note: All shipments will require a direct signature. 

    Orders placed after 1pm ET will process and ship out on the next business day.

    If you would like to opt into FedEx 2-Day Shipping for expedited deliver (note that order processing still requires one business day), please do so at checkout - an additional fee will be added to your purchase total.

    Some deliveries may arrive later than expected due to carrier delays. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or refund orders or shipping fees after an order has been processed.

  • What is your shipping policy for engraved orders?

    Please allow an additional 10-14 days processing time for any orders containing engraved items. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the item has been engraved and is on its way to you.

    Note that all engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Master & Dynamic currently ships to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe.

  • For international shipments, what is your policy for VAT/Duties?

    You will only be charged the quoted amount at the time of checkout.

    VAT and Duties are not charged to you upon delivery.

  • When and how will I receive my shipment tracking information?

    We will email you the tracking information for your shipment once your order leaves our warehouse and we will send an additional email once your order has been delivered.

    If you believe your order should have shipped but you have not yet received a confirmation email (and have already checked your spam or junk folder), please submit a request and our support team will provide you with an update.
