  • What is the status of my order?

    If you have a Master & Dynamic account, you can login and check your status at any time. If you do not have an account, you can create one here 

    If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there by mistake.

    Please contact our support team if you still have questions about your order status.

  • When is my credit card charged?

    Your credit card is typically charged within 24 hours of placing your order. 

  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

    An account is not needed to place an order.

    However, creating an account allows you to store your shipping information and see order history.

    If you do not have an account and wish to create one, you can do so here. 

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

    Yes, we do offer the option to have your item(s) wrapped in our signature box with tissue paper, including a card with your personal message to the recipient.  

    Gift wrap is available as an option during checkout for an additional $7.50 

  • Do you sell gift cards?

    Digital gift cards are available in the following amounts: 

    $129, $159, $199, $299, $399, $449, and $499 

    You can order gift cards here and they can be sent to you or directly to the recipient. 


  • How do I cancel or change an order?

    To make any changes to your order, please submit a request and as long as the order has not yet been prepared for shipment, our team will be able to assist.

    Note that once the order is in the hands of the shipping courier, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.

  • Do you store my credit card information?

    Only order history and shipping addresses are stored in your account.

    Your credit card information will not be stored.
