  • How do I clean and maintain my MG20 Wireless Gaming Headphones?

    To clean your MG20 Wireless Gaming Headphones, simply use a soft, slightly damp cloth on the ear pads and headphones - never apply chemicals.

    • Do not soak, submerge, or allow moisture to enter near the drivers or cable jacks.
    • Replacement ear pads and cables can be purchased from our website.
    • Do not drop, sit on, or allow the headphones to be exposed to water, moisture, or extreme temperature.
    • It is recommended that you return your headphones to their storage pouch when not in use. To avoid damage, do not store other items in the headphone pouch along with your headphones.

    Temperature Range

    Operate and store this product within the temperature range of -4°F to 113°F (-20°C to 45°C) only. Charge the battery where the temperature is between 41°F and 104°F (5°C and 40°C) only.

  • How do I adjust the fit of my MG20 Wireless Gaming Headphones?

    To provide a roomier fit, simply pull up on the headband. Press down if you're looking for a more snug fit.

    You can rotate the ear cups inward or outward for comfort around the neck.

    Incorrectly rotating or over rotating the ear cups can damage the headphones.

  • How do I pair my MG20 Wireless Gaming Headphones to my device?

    To pair your MG20 Wireless Gaming Headphones, activate pairing mode by powering the headphones ON and continuing to hold the Bluetooth (highlighted below) button until the LED ring surrounding the pairing button pulses and the pairing tone is heard.

    Access the Bluetooth menu on your device and select "M&D MG20"

    Your MG20 Wireless Gaming Headphones are multipoint capable, meaning they can connect to more than one device at a time.

  • How do I charge my MG20 Wireless Gaming Headphones?

    To charge your MG20 Wireless Gaming Headphones, plug in the USB-C connector and connect it to a USB-A power supply or a USB-A port using the included adapter.

    Note

    The USB-C to USB-A cable is provided for charging only. The MG20 can operate as normal while being charged.

     

     

  • How do I power on my MG20 Wireless Gaming Headphones?

    To power ON your MG20 Wireless Gaming Headphones, press and hold the ON/OFF button (>1 second).

     

    The Battery Level will be displayed by the indicator light at startup. A high battery level is indicated with a green LED, medium with an orange LED, and a red LED to indicate that the MG20's battery is low and should be recharged.

    Note

    When you first open your new headphones, and before listening, please be sure to charge them for at least 15 minutes and download the M&D Connect App to check for firmware updates.

     

    Your MG20 Wireless Gaming Headphones will enter sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity.
