• How do I charge my MW07 True Wireless Earphones?

  Your MW07 earphones come with their own charging case which can hold up to three additional charges for your earphones. Place your earphones inside the case when they are not in use in order to allow them to have the maximum charge each time you begin to use them.

  When you place your earphones inside their case and close the lid, the battery status will display on the front of the case, with the middle LED indicating the case battery life, and the left and right LEDs indicating the battery of the left and right earphones, respectively.

  

  A green LED indicates that the battery is between 70 and 100% charged, amber indicates between 30 and 69%, and red indicates between 1 and 29%. If the center battery flashes red or does not display at all, the case battery is depleted.

  Your earphones will charge to full within 40 minutes of placing them inside their charging case.

  To charge the case, plug the USB-C cable into the back of the case and plug the other end into a power source. We have supplied a USB-C to USB-A adapter.

   

  The battery status of the case and earphones will remain visible while the case charges.

  As with the earphones, your case will charge to full within 40 minutes of plugging it into the charger.

• How do I pair my MW07 True Wireless Earphones to my device?

  The first time you take both earphones out of their case, they will automatically enter pairing mode.

   

  To pair with your device:

  1. Open the Bluetooth menu on your source device
  2. Select "M&D MW07" from the Bluetooth list

  To manually activate pairing mode, hold down the Multi-Function-Button for five seconds or until the indicator light starts pulsing (continue to hold even if the voice assistant activates).

• How do I adjust the fit on my MW07 True Wireless Earphones?

  Your MW07 earphones come with multiple size selections for both the ear tips and Fit Wings, to provide the best fit possible.

  When you first open your earphones, the medium ear tips and small Fit Wings will already be attached.

  

  

  You may prefer to attach other sized Fit Wings for a more secure fit

  To attach Fit Wings, first remove the ear tip. Loop the round opening of the Fit Wing over the driver enclosure and indicated below.

  

  The smaller opening on the Fit Wing should surround the charging pads but still leave them exposed.

  To insert the earphones into your ears, follow these simple steps:

  1. Tilt the earphone forward with the ear tip resting lightly in your ear canal.
  2. Rotate the earphone down until the ear tip forms a seal with your ear canal, and the Fit Wing slips under your ear ridge as indicated below.
