• How do I clean and maintain my MW08 True Wireless Earphones?

  To clean your earphones, we recommend using a microfiber cloth on the ceramic and a damp cloth on the ear tips. Gently wipe and allow to dry before use. Do not use alcohol or other cleaning chemicals on your earphones.

  Over time, the proximity sensor that activates pause / play functions may become dirty and affect performance. If this happens, take a damp cotton swab or cloth and gently rub the sensor.

  

  Do not drop, sit on, or allow the earphones to be exposed to liquid, moisture, or temperature extremes.

   

  It is recommended that you return your earphones to their storage case when not in use. To avoid damage, do not store other items in the canvas case along with your earphones.

  Operate and store this product within the temperature range of -4°F to 113°F (-20°C to 45°C) only. Charge the battery where the temperature is between 41°F and 104°F (5°C and 40°C) only.

• How do I check/update the firmware version?

  If you haven't already, please install the "M&D Connect" app on your mobile device 

   

   

  Once installed, pair your MW08 earphones to your phone and then open  the “M&D Connect” app. The MW08’s must be connected in the Bluetooth settings menu in order for the app to connect to the MW08.

  The app will inform you if an update is available. Firmware updates require earphones to be charged to 60% or higher.
