• What is multipoint & how do I use it?

  Your MW08 Sport True Wireless Earphones are multipoint capable, meaning they can connect to more than one device at a time.

  To enable multipoint:

  1. Enter pairing mode and connect to the first device
  2. Enter pairing mode again and the first device will disconnect, pair the with the second device
  3. Cycle the power by placing both earphones in the charging case and fully closing the lid for at least 10 seconds
  4. When you power your headphones back ON they will automatically connect to the first and second devices simultaneously
  5. To switch between devices, pause playback on one device and play from the other - your headphones will switch automatically to the device with active audio
• What is Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and how do I use it?

  Active Noise Cancellation is an active, electronic method of reducing unwanted ambient sound that adds processed sound to your audio to reduce the perception of ambient noise.   

  Your MW08 Sport Earphones feature two World Volume modes in order to control the audio of the world around you.

  1. Hybrid Active Noise-Cancelling (ANC) for clear, expansive sound in any environment
  2. Ambient Listening Mode for improved awareness of your surroundings

  To activate or deactivate ANC, press the volume down button

  To activate or deactivate Ambient Listening Mode, press the volume up button

  

  Download and install the M&D Connect App from your device's App store to access additional ANC and Ambient Listening Modes and settings, and to select your default World Volume settings.
