• How do I set up my MC300 Wireless Charge Pad and Headphone Stand?

  The first thing you need to do after opening your MC300 Wireless Charge Pad and Headphone Stand, is insert the main bar of the stand into the center of the charge pad.

  To do so, pull down on the ring in the center of the charge pad and hold it while inserting the stand until it drops down and settles in. Then release the ring to lock the stand in place

  

  Next, connect your stand to a power source using the provided USB-C cable.

  Your MC300 is ready to use - hang your favorite headphones on the stand, and place your wireless charging compatible device on the charge pad.

  

• What power adapter should I use with my MC300 Wireless Charge Pad and Headphone Stand?

  The MC300 requires using a power adapter with a minimum of 15W.

  For faster charging speeds, a 30W or higher power adapter is suggested

• What do the LEDs indicate on my MC300 Wireless Charge Pad and Headphone Stand?

  Your MC300 will provide different information to you using the LED.

  A solid white LED indicates that the MC300 is connected to a power source.

  A breathing white LED indicates that a device is actively charging.

  A red LED indicates that a foreign object is detected on the charge pad.

  A cycling white and red light indicates that you a connected to a power source that is not providing a sufficient amount of power to the MC300. We recommend using a 30W charging source for best results.

  

   

• How long does it take to charge my earphones on the MC300 Wireless Charge Pad?

  The MW08 Sport case, for example, charges to 50% in 30 minutes and will be fully charged within 100 minutes on the wireless charge pad.

  The earphones charge within the case at the same rate using any charger - they will be fully charged within 45 minutes.
