• What do I do if my device is not charging on the wireless charge pad?

  Ensure the M100 is getting a sufficient amount of power.

  • Are you using a power source that is at least 15W (30W preferred)?

  Ensure your device is centered on the pad

  

  Try using a different cable or power source to see if it makes a difference. If you are charging using a USB port, for example, try a wall charger and vice-versa.

  If you've ruled out the charging source and cable, please submit a request to our support team for further assistance.

   

  Safety Notes

  The MC100 is not intended for use outside.

  Do not expose the MC100 to water or extreme temperatures

  Do not place Keys or Credit Cards on the MC100

  

• What do I do if my device gets warm while charging?

  It is normal for your device to get warm while wirelessly charging.
