  • What is your return policy?

    All products purchased from our website may be returned to us within 14 days for a full refund less any shipping costs, no questions asked.

    International return orders may be subject to return shipping fees.

    To initiate a return, please submit a request and our support team will begin an returns authorization and issue a prepaid shipping label for use in sending back your item in the original Master & Dynamic packaging.

    Accessories such as ear pads and cables are only eligible for returns if they have not been used.

    Products purchased from one of our authorized resellers need to be returned through the reseller following their returns policy.

    Master & Dynamic does not accept returns or exchanges of Master & Dynamic products purchased from other retailers.

    Furthermore, we do not accept returns or deliveries without a valid returns authorization from our support team.

  • What is your return policy for engraved orders?

    Engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Master & Dynamic's standard return policy still applies to custom engraved orders. If you're having trouble with your engraved product, please submit a request and our support team will be able to assist you.

  • How do I initiate a return?

    To initiate a return, please send an email to our support team.

    Be sure to include your product's serial number, full return shipping address, and phone number. Our team will issue a returns authorization and provide you with a prepaid shipping label for return shipment in the original Master & Dynamic packaging.

  • How long does the return process take?

    Once your return arrives, we typically ask that you allow up to 10 business days for our warehouse to receive it, check the product, log the return, and process the refund. Our support team will send you a confirmation email that the refund is being processed.

    Please note that we do not refund expedited shipping or gift wrapping charges.

    If it has been more than 10 business days since your package was marked delivered and you have not yet received your refund, please submit a request for assistance.

    Master & Dynamic has partnered with Clyde to allow you to purchase an extended warranty which includes accidental damage protection coverage for your Master & Dynamic products.
