• How do I charge my MW09 True Wireless Earphones?

  Your MW09 True Wireless Earphones come with their own charging case. 

  To charge the case via wired charging, plug the USB-C cable into the right side of your case and plug the other end into a power source. 

  To charge your case via wireless charging, center your MW09 earphone case on a wireless charging pad with the LEDs facing upwards.  The MW09 earphone case is compatible with our MC100 and MC300 Wireless Charge Pads (sold separately).

  

  The battery status of the case and earphones will remain visible while the case charges. 

  • Case and earphones charge to 50% in 20 minutes, 100% in 60 minutes via included charging cable.
  • Case charges to 50% in 20 minutes, 100% in 60 minutes via included charging cable.
  • Case charges to 50% in 30 minutes, 100% in 110 minutes via wireless charging.
  • Case and earphones charge to 100% in 160 minutes via wireless charging.

  The battery status will be displayed when opening and closing the lid. A green light indicates the battery is between 70-100%, amber indicates 30-69%, and red indicates 1-29%. If the center battery flashes red or does not display, the case battery is depleted.

  

  It is recommended that you return your earphones to their storage case when not in use. Always return your earphones to their charging case within 72 hours to minimize potential battery life degradation.

• How do I pair my MW09 True Wireless Earphones to my device?

  The first time you take both earphones out of their case they will enter pairing mode.

  

  STEP 1: Open the Bluetooth menu on your device

  STEP 2: Select M&D MW09

  STEP 3: Download and open the M&D Connect app

   

  To manually activate pairing mode, hold down the multi-function button until the indicator light starts pulsing/pairing tone is heard.

  Note: If you are already connected to a device, remove the earphones from your ears to avoid activating your voice assistant.

   

  Please download the M&D Connect app from your device’s Android or Apple App store for the complete Master & Dynamic experience. 

   

  Your earphones should be connected to your phone in the Bluetooth menu settings prior to using the M&D Connect app. 

  Your MW09 earphones are multipoint compatible, meaning they can be paired to two devices at one time. 

• What do the different buttons and switches on my MW09 True Wireless Earphones do?

  

  Multi-Function Button

  1X:  Pause/Play

  2X:  Skip

  3X:  Skip back

  Press:  Answer incoming call (or accept from device)

  Hold:  Activate Voice Assistant

   

  VOL +

  Hold:  Ambient listening on/off

   

  VOL –

  Hold:  Active noise cancelling on/off

• How do I adjust the fit of my MW09 True Wireless Earphones?

  Your earphones come with the medium silicone ear tips attached.

  Choose the ear tips that form a seal with your ear canal. Our custom round ear tips are designed in conjunction with the oval nozzle shape to provide a superior universal fit. Squeeze the ear tip to match its orientation to the nozzle and then press the ear tip against the nozzle to attach.

  Tip: to ensure a secure fit, download the M&D Connect App and perform a Fit Test.

  

  To insert your silicone ear tips, follow these steps:

  STEP 1: Tilt the earphone forward with the ear tip resting lightly in your ear canal.

  STEP 2: Rotate the earphone down until the ear tip forms a seal with your ear canal.

  

   

  To insert your earphones using foam ear tips:

  STEP 1: Gently compress the foam ear tip using your fingers

  STEP 2: Insert it into your ear.

  STEP 3: Hold the earphones in place until the foam fully expands and forms a seal with your ear canal.
