There are two different wired audio options available with your MW75 Neuro headphones
Wired Audio (Analog)
For analog wired audio, please use the provided USB-C to 3.5mm cable and plug it into your headphones' USB-C input. Please note that passive audio is available while the headphones are ON or OFF, however they do need to be powered ON in order for ANC and Ambient modes to work.
Wired Audio (digital)
For digital wired audio, please use the provided USB-C to USB-C cable and plug it into your headphones' USB-C input. This will engage digital USB (wired) audio up to 24-bit / 96 kHz.
Your headphones will automatically power ON if the device supports digital audio.
Please note that phone calls, the Multi-Function button, and volume controls are not supported when using digital wired audio connections.
Only M&D audio cables are compatible with the MW75 Neuro.
Hi-res (high-resolution) audio is any audio file format that surpasses CD (compact disc) quality, which is 16-bit audio depth and 44.1 kHz sample rate.
You can listen to hi-res Bluetooth®audio with aptX Adaptive up to 24-bit/48kHz on your MW75 headphones when connected to a compatible source device.
You can listen to hi-res USB-C Digital audio up to 24-bit / 96kHz on your MW75 headphones when connected to a compatible source device by USB-C to USB-C.
Hi-res audio requires a hi-res audio file or a streaming service that supports hi-res audio.
EQ (equalization) settings allow you to emphasize different frequencies according to personal preference.
Your MW75 headphones currently support a Bass Boost to emphasize bass frequencies, a Bass Cut to emphasize treble frequencies, a Podcast EQ to emphasize vocals and mid-range sounds, and an Audiophile EQ inspired by a popular target curve to emphasize mid and treble frequencies.
EQ settings will apply when playing content such as music, movies, etc. through either Bluetooth or digital USB audio. EQ settings will not apply to phone calls, video calls, or other communications received or sent.
You can adjust the EQ settings on your MW75 headphones by connecting to the M&D Connect mobile app. Within the app, you can select EQ presets that best fit your preferences.
NOTE: MW75 should be connected to your phone in the Bluetooth® menu settings prior to using the M&D Connect app.
Multipoint is the ability to connect your headphones to two devices at one time.
When using multipoint, audio content will automatically switch between devices and phone calls will interrupt active content.
To access the multipoint function:
NOTE: you can manually activate pairing mode by holding the Power/Pairing button for 4 seconds until the indicator light pulses and the pairing tone is heard. This can be done when the headphones are ON or OFF. Access the Bluetooth menu on your device and select M&D MW75. Hold the button again to cancel pairing mode
Active Noise Cancellation is an active, electronic method of reducing unwanted ambient sound that adds processed sound to your audio to reduce the perception of ambient noise.
Sound isolation is a passive, physical method of reducing external noise to reduce the ambient noise that enters through your headphones.
Activate ANC by pressing and holding the ANC button on the left ear cup.
There are three different ANC options available on your MW75 Neuro headphones.
